Focus our strategy on three key principles:

Optimization of existing code to improve inflexibility the site. This was achieved by adopting the recommendations of W3C and WAI and reorganizing the document hierarchy to facilitate the work of indexing spiders like Google. About the Portal to the user, using statistical methods to investigate how the pages actually visit the user expects and what actually find them. Incorporation of constantly updated content to help retain the user, such as wikis hematology encyclopedia, a section of events of interest or the online magazine conciser.

Some initiatives requiring custom development were:

  • A content management system (CMS) created specifically for BE, which allows you to create and maintain content for the portal remotely to a closed user group.
  • The creation of a center locator and professionals with the Google Maps API.
  • The launch of a mobile system that enables alerts to keep users informed throughout about the latest developments of the Spanish Society of Hematology.

Today the Spanish Society of Hematology has a website easy, intuitive, accessible and with plenty of useful and updated information for the reader, whether professional or patient.
