Nvidia Chipset in The Search in One
Nvidia yesterday took a further step to convert the Tegra processors in stars phones and tablets. The company made famous the concept of GPU bought Icera and thus opens the possibility of creating a complete chipset that includes what was missing until now, a BBP with which to add and manage all functions and thus radio connection 2G, 3G and 4G.
With the purchase of this company manufacturers who choose Tegra no longer have to seek external solutions for connecting voice and data, Nvidia will offer all in one chip making it cheaper and slapping the competition.
